I have a deep passion for books. My home is filled with a diverse array of books—new, old, rare and a few are wrought by hand. Each one holds its own unique beauty, whether it’s a beautifully bound tome or well-loved volume in need of care. I appreciate every book for memories and stories, not just through the words on their pages but also through the condition of its binding and how it has been treated throughout its life. With four years of study in bookbinding and conservation under experts like Monique Lallier and Don Etherington (IYKYK), along with additional training at the American Academy of Bookbinding I employ Japanese paper techniques for restoration.
